Have you ever cried during a movie? (I have!) šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Emotional contagion is actually a skill you can work on.

Questions you can ask yourself:

- What types of emotion do I give off and how does that affect others?

- How easily do I let others affect my emotions?

- Do I even know it is happening?

Check out the Emotional Contagion Scale to see how vulnerable you are

Note: being vulnerable is not a bad thing

Become aware of the emotions you exude toward others that they might pick up. Likewise, try to acknowledge when you’re picking up on the negative or positive emotions of others and create change if needed.

Mental health refers to our cognitive, behavioral, and emotional wellbeing – it is all about how we think, feel, and behave. It can affect daily life, relationships, and even physical health.

Take time to reflect on yourself, learn new things, read a book, do a puzzle, or binge Netflix if that is your cup of tea šŸµ

Happy Learning!!
